Create A Model
Create the model that defines a persona and workflow in Repen.
Where to create models
Open My Models inside your organization.
Before you create one
You should already know:
- what kind of lead this model is for
- what the main goal of the call is
- whether the goal is to qualify, book, follow up, or revive
- what makes this model different from your other models
First setup steps
When creating a model, start with:
- a clear name
- a short description
- the intended use case
Good naming examples
Main Sales CloserConsult Booking ModelWebinar SetterBook Funnel Follow-Up
Naming advice
Name models by workflow, not by experiment. Customers usually regret vague names like Test Bot 2, New One, or Sales V3 Final.
Good naming pattern
Use this format if you want a clean system:
[Lead Source or Funnel] + [Goal or Outcome]
Examples:
Webinar - QualificationBook Funnel - BookingReactivation - Follow Up
Important reminder
Creating a model does not automatically give you more live calling capacity. Models define behavior. Agents provide execution capacity.
What to do next
After creating the model:
- configure the Instructions tab
- configure Conversation, Booking, and Knowledge
- test the model
- connect it to routing if it should receive live leads
