Test And Launch A Model

Validate a model before sending live leads into that workflow.

Test before launch

Every major model change should be tested before real traffic reaches it.

What to test

  • the opening message
  • how the model handles objections
  • whether qualification questions sound natural
  • whether booking details are collected correctly
  • whether the calling setup is correct

Best test flow

  1. save the model
  2. run a test call
  3. listen to the opening carefully
  4. push the conversation in a few different directions
  5. review the transcript
  6. make one improvement at a time
  7. test again

Scenarios worth testing

Do not only test the happy path. Test:

  • a qualified lead
  • an unqualified lead
  • a lead with objections
  • a lead ready to book immediately
  • a lead who asks a detailed FAQ question

When a model is ready

A model is usually ready for live use when:

  • the goal of the call is clear
  • the opening is natural
  • qualification logic works
  • the handoff or booking flow works
  • the workflow can be used successfully in a real call

Common mistake

Customers often test once, get one good call, and assume the model is ready. A better launch standard is two to five realistic tests with different lead behaviors.
