Test And Launch A Model
Validate a model before sending live leads into that workflow.
Test before launch
Every major model change should be tested before real traffic reaches it.
What to test
- the opening message
- how the model handles objections
- whether qualification questions sound natural
- whether booking details are collected correctly
- whether the calling setup is correct
Best test flow
- save the model
- run a test call
- listen to the opening carefully
- push the conversation in a few different directions
- review the transcript
- make one improvement at a time
- test again
Scenarios worth testing
Do not only test the happy path. Test:
- a qualified lead
- an unqualified lead
- a lead with objections
- a lead ready to book immediately
- a lead who asks a detailed FAQ question
When a model is ready
A model is usually ready for live use when:
- the goal of the call is clear
- the opening is natural
- qualification logic works
- the handoff or booking flow works
- the workflow can be used successfully in a real call
Common mistake
Customers often test once, get one good call, and assume the model is ready. A better launch standard is two to five realistic tests with different lead behaviors.
