Go Live Checklist
Make sure your workspace is ready before sending real leads into Repen.
Before You Go Live
Do not send real lead traffic into Repen until you have completed a full end-to-end test from lead capture to completed call.
Minimum Live Checklist
- your organization is created
- your timezone is correct
- at least one model is saved
- at least one agent is available for live calls
- the calling setup has the correct phone number assigned
- your lead source is connected
- a test lead reaches the workspace
- a test call appears in call logs
Recommended Extras
- connect Google Calendar if your live calling workflow needs booking support
- add teammates before launch so everyone has the right role
- test at least two lead scenarios, not just one perfect test
- confirm campaign routing if more than one model exists
Final Dry Run
Submit a test lead
Use the exact source you expect to use in production if possible.
Confirm it appears in All Leads
Check the correct workspace and make sure the lead data looks normal.
Confirm the right model or workflow is selected
If campaigns are enabled, verify the lead reached the expected flow.
Place a test call
Run the call with a realistic test scenario instead of only a happy path.
Review the transcript and summary
Make sure the model sounds right, the outcome is usable, and the next step is clear.

No. Many customers go live with one solid model first, then add more models later once they understand what should change by funnel, offer, or source.
Not always. You need more agents when you need more live calling capacity, because each agent can only work one task at a time.
