Move leads through the pipeline in a way your whole team can follow.
How to move leads
In All Leads, you can drag a lead card from one column to another. Repen also keeps the order inside each column, so you can prioritize leads there as well.
Suggested meaning for each stage
Queued
New leads that have not yet been worked meaningfully.
Called
Leads that have already had contact or call activity.
Qualified
Leads that fit your offer and should stay active.
Booked Appointment
Leads with a scheduled meeting or next step.
No Show
Leads that booked but did not attend.
Disqualified
Leads that are not a fit or should be removed from the active workflow.
Team rule
Decide internally what causes a status change and document it. The pipeline works best when everyone moves leads for the same reason.
