Add and manage the phone numbers used in your live calling workflows.

Why phone numbers matter

Your live calling setup needs a phone number before calls can run normally.

Current options

In Settings > Phone Numbers, customers can:

  • get a number quickly
  • search for available numbers
  • prepare for a future import flow

Which option to use

  • use Quick if you want the fastest setup
  • use Search if location or number choice matters

After adding a number

  1. confirm it appears in the workspace
  2. set the correct default if needed
  3. assign it to the right workflow
  4. run a test call
