What Repen is for

Repen helps your team respond to inbound leads using AI voice calling instead of relying only on delayed manual follow-up.

Most customers use Repen to:

  • receive leads from forms or webhooks
  • qualify leads by phone
  • book meetings
  • review transcripts and call outcomes
  • keep sales operations moving from one workspace

Main areas of the app

  • Dashboard: a quick summary of activity
  • Leads: your pipeline and lead intake
  • My Models: your personas, prompts, and workflow setups
  • Campaigns: routing rules that decide which model or workflow should handle a lead
  • Call Logs & Transcripts: call review and follow-up notes
  • Settings: users, billing, phone numbers, and calendar setup

What success looks like

A well-configured workspace usually has:

  1. at least one connected lead source
  2. at least one saved model
  3. at least one available agent for live calling
  4. the correct phone setup for live calls
  5. campaign rules if multiple models are in use
  6. a tested path from new lead to completed call
