Organization roles

Repen currently uses three organization roles:

• owner
• manager
• user

What roles affect

Roles determine who can:

• invite teammates
• manage users
• edit workspace-level settings
• control sensitive parts of the account

Practical guidance

• use owner for the main workspace admin
• use manager for team members who help run operations
• use user for teammates who should work inside the app without broad admin control

Important rule

Managers cannot manage owner-level access. If ownership needs to change, an owner should handle it.
