Customers use the app at app.repen.co.
From there, you can:
- sign in to an existing account
- create a new account
- accept an invite to an existing organization
What an organization means
In Repen, your organization is the main workspace for your team. It holds:
- leads
- models
- agents
- campaign routing
- phone numbers
- users
- billing
When to create a new organization
Create a new organization if:
- you are setting up Repen for the first time
- you run a separate business unit that needs its own leads and billing
- you are an agency creating a separate client workspace
Before you begin
Have these ready:
- business name
- business phone number
- business email
- website
- timezone
- plan choice
