Fix common problems with availability, scheduling, and calendar setup.
Most common causes
- wrong timezone
- calendar not connected
- no availability set
- the wrong days are active
- working hours are too narrow
What to check
- open
Settings > Calendar - confirm Google Calendar is connected
- confirm the timezone
- confirm the correct days are active
- confirm start and end times are correct
If a model should support booking
Also check the model's Booking tab to confirm:
- appointment type
- duration
- assigned members
- meeting platform
Quick rule
If bookings are landing at the wrong time, treat timezone as the first suspect.
