Booking Or Calendar Issues

Fix common problems with availability, scheduling, and calendar setup.

Most common causes

  • wrong timezone
  • calendar not connected
  • no availability set
  • the wrong days are active
  • working hours are too narrow

What to check

  1. open Settings > Calendar
  2. confirm Google Calendar is connected
  3. confirm the timezone
  4. confirm the correct days are active
  5. confirm start and end times are correct

If a model should support booking

Also check the model's Booking tab to confirm:

  • appointment type
  • duration
  • assigned members
  • meeting platform

Quick rule

If bookings are landing at the wrong time, treat timezone as the first suspect.
