During onboarding, Repen asks for:

  • phone number
  • email
  • logo or brand identity
  • industry

  • timezone
  • plan tier

Tips for each step

Business Context

Use your real operating business name. This helps your team keep the workspace organized and affects the generated slug used internally.

Business Details

Pick the correct timezone. This matters later for bookings, availability, and scheduling behavior.

Choose Plan

Choose the plan based on how many live calling reps and workflows you expect to run, not just who is logging in today.

Review

Use the final review to catch mistakes before creating the organization. Customers most often need to double-check the timezone, phone number, and selected plan.
