Campaign Routing Overview
Learn how Repen decides which model or workflow should handle a lead.
What campaigns do
Campaigns are used to route inbound leads to the right model or workflow.
This matters when:
- you have more than one model
- different lead sources need different scripts
- different offers should go to different workflows
How routing works
Inside each campaign, you create rules based on values like:
- source
- source ID
- target model or workflow
- priority
- active or inactive state
Simple examples
You might send:
- Typeform leads to one model
- GoHighLevel leads to another
- webinar leads to a more aggressive qualifier
- booked-call recovery leads to a different follow-up model
When you need campaigns
If you only have one model, campaigns may not matter yet. Once you add multiple models, routing rules become important quickly.
What good routing gives you
When campaigns are set up correctly:
- the right script is used for the right lead
- your team spends less time manually sorting leads
- call outcomes are easier to evaluate
- models stay focused on one job instead of trying to do everything
