Learn where to go in the app for each common task.

Once you enter an organization, most work happens in these areas:

  • Home
  • My Models
  • Call Logs & Transcripts
  • Campaigns
  • All Leads
  • Booked
  • Integrations
  • Settings

Use this shortcut map

  • need to see new leads: go to All Leads
  • need to create or edit a model: go to My Models
  • need to route different lead sources: go to Campaigns
  • need to review a conversation: go to Call Logs & Transcripts
  • need to connect webhooks or form tools: go to Integrations
  • need to add a phone number: go to Settings > Phone Numbers
  • need to invite teammates: go to Settings > Users
  • need to connect your calendar: go to Settings > Calendar

Two kinds of settings
