What the dashboard shows

The dashboard is meant to give you a fast operating snapshot. It currently focuses on:

• total calls
• active models
• total leads
• recent activity

How to use it

Use the dashboard to answer basic questions quickly:

• are calls happening
• do we have the right models active
• is lead volume increasing
• what happened most recently

What the dashboard is not for

The dashboard is useful for quick visibility, but detailed work still happens in:

• All Leads for pipeline management
• Call Logs & Transcripts for call review
• My Models for model setup
