Follow the most common day-to-day workflow used by Repen customers.

Typical daily flow

Most teams use Repen in this order:

  1. a new lead enters the workspace
  2. the lead appears in the pipeline
  3. the correct model or workflow is selected and an available agent handles the call
  4. the team reviews call results
  5. the lead is moved to the next stage

Good operating habits

  • check new leads regularly
  • keep pipeline statuses current
  • review failed or weak calls quickly
  • update model instructions when patterns appear
  • keep phone and calendar settings current

Best weekly review

At least once a week, review:

  • lead routing rules
  • recent transcripts
  • booking performance
  • billing usage
  • user access
