Typical daily flow
Most teams use Repen in this order:
- a new lead enters the workspace
- the lead appears in the pipeline
- the correct model or workflow is selected and an available agent handles the call
- the team reviews call results
- the lead is moved to the next stage
Good operating habits
- check new leads regularly
- keep pipeline statuses current
- review failed or weak calls quickly
- update model instructions when patterns appear
- keep phone and calendar settings current
Best weekly review
At least once a week, review:
- lead routing rules
- recent transcripts
- booking performance
- billing usage
- user access
