Fix common problems with numbers, user access, and permissions.
Phone number issues
Check these first:
- does the workspace actually have a number
- is the right number assigned to the intended workflow
- is the team expecting a default number that was never set
Access issues
If a teammate cannot perform an action, check:
- are they in the correct organization
- do they have the correct role
- are they expecting owner permissions while using a manager or user role
Good admin habit
When something seems like a bug, verify role and workspace first. Many access issues come from the wrong organization or the wrong permission level.
