Settings
Calendar And Availability
Connect Google Calendar and control when meetings can be booked.
What This Setting Controls
Calendar settings help Repen understand when meetings can be booked and where invites should go.
Current Setup Options
Customers can:
- connect Google Calendar
- choose a timezone
- turn days on or off
- set start and end times for each active day
Before You Rely On Booking
Calendar connection alone is not enough. Your timezone, active days, and availability windows also need to be correct.
Setup Steps
Connect Google Calendar
Make sure the correct calendar account is connected for the person or workflow that should receive booked meetings.
Confirm the timezone
This is the first thing to verify if booked times look wrong.
Turn on the correct days
Only enable the days when meetings should actually be allowed.
Set realistic working hours
Avoid overly broad windows if your team only takes calls during specific hours.
Save the schedule
Do not assume changes are live until the schedule has been saved successfully.
Run a booking test
Use a model that supports booking and verify the booking flow from end to end.
How To Confirm Setup Worked
- the calendar shows as connected
- the timezone is correct
- the availability saves successfully
- a test booking lands in the expected time window
Common Mistakes
- wrong timezone
- weekday availability saved, but the wrong days are active
- calendar connected, but no actual availability configured
- model booking settings not updated to match the calendar setup
If bookings are landing at the wrong time, treat timezone as the first suspect.
