Leads Are Not Showing Up

Check these first

1. is the webhook URL correct
2. is the API key correct
3. does the payload include a phone number
4. did you send the request to the correct workspace

Fastest way to isolate the problem

Send one simple test payload with only the required and obvious fields:

• source
• phone
• first name
• email

If that works, the issue is usually with the original source setup or payload structure.

Also confirm

• the external tool is actually sending the webhook
• you are viewing the correct organization in Repen
• the lead is not being mistaken for a previous test
